Who we are

The websites sreeharibuilds.tech and staxd.sh are run by Sreehari Builds, a sole proprietorship based in India and owned by Sreehari Mohan ("we", "us"). Staxd is a product of Sreehari Builds.

These websites

You may read and link to these websites freely. The content is for general information. Product descriptions, availability and prices can change, and the version in your signed order form is the one that applies to you.

The names Staxd and Sreehari Builds, the Staxd mark, and the text and design of these websites belong to us. Geist and Geist Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Staxd licences

Staxd is licensed, not sold. Each customer signs an order form with Sreehari Builds, and the licence terms in that order form govern use of the software, including the number of engineers and installs, the licence period and what happens when it ends. If anything on these websites differs from your order form, the order form wins.

Consulting work

Consulting engagements are governed by a written statement of work agreed before the work starts, covering scope, fees, confidentiality and ownership of what is produced.

No warranty on the websites

We keep these websites accurate, but they are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
