Sreehari Builds runs sreeharibuilds.tech, staxd.sh and the Staxd licence service. This page says what each of them collects. The short version: the websites collect nothing about you, and Staxd keeps your data in your own cluster.
These websites
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts and no third-party embeds. The pages load nothing from other sites.
- The sites are hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to run and protect the service.
When you email us
If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and, if you become a customer, to run the contract. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone for marketing.
The Staxd product
Staxd runs in the customer's own Kubernetes cluster. The people, code, credentials, approvals and audit records it handles stay there; we have no access to them.
Each install's licence agent checks in with the licence service at license.staxd.sh. A check-in carries:
- the licence and install identifiers, the install's host name and the Staxd version;
- which tools are installed and the digests of their images, so tampered builds can be spotted;
- usage counts, such as how many people signed in within the last 30 days, which is what billing is based on.
Check-ins carry no names, email addresses or content from the cluster. The licence service runs on Google Cloud with its database on Neon, and keeps check-ins for the life of the customer's contract plus the time needed for billing and audit.
If a customer turns on summaries in Assent, those calls go from their cluster to the language model provider they choose, with their own key. They never pass through us.
